Yes! Using the Adjustment Template, multiple one-time adjustments can be uploaded in a payroll run. In the KB article, How to Set Up a One-Time Adjustment using Mass Upload (Excel File), we outlined the steps on how to upload a one-time adjustment.
In this article, we have listed down the tips on how to effectively upload the adjustments below:
1. Sample data on Row 3 - Must not be removed as this is for validation purposes and part of the template.
2. Adjustment Name (Column E)
- Should reflect letters and numbers only. Any special characters are not allowed.
- The maximum adjustment name requirement is 50 (including spaces)
3. Adjustment Code (Column F) - the system only allows 10 characters including spaces.
4. When copy-pasting values, we highly advise using paste-values to ensure that the format of the template and the drop-down will be followed to minimize any errors that will be encountered upon upload. This can be done by right-clicking and selecting paste values:
