We explained in the article Performance+: Employee Syncing that Performance+ is equipped with Employee Sync, which means that changes made in the relevant fields in the Employee 201 in Sprout HR will automatically be reflected in Performance+.
Now, if an employee has a separation date in Sprout HR, the system will detect it and classify the employee as resigned in Performance+.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to reinstate a terminated or resigned employee:
1. The Admin should request to remove the Separation Date of the Employee in Sprout HR by submitting to us a Change Request Form(CRF). On the CRF, indicate the Employee ID for reference.
2. Next, once the separation date has been successfully removed in Sprout HR, the Admin may proceed to reinstate the resigned employee in Performance+. From the main menu, click Manage Employees, then Employee Data.
Note: Reinstating the employee requires that you have a license available for this employee. Also, their termination date will be removed when they are reinstated.
3. Click the Terminated tab.
4. Select the employee from the employee selector. The list will only display terminated employees.
5. Click Reinstate Employee.
