Aside from sending emails to the Sprout Support Team, we have introduced a new way to reach out to our Experts!
Chat can be enabled via the Change Request Form/ CRF (you may reach out to your Customer Success Manager/ CSM if you are not familiar with the form) but you would need to coordinate this with your Customer Success Manager first. Please be advised that we can only activate this feature to Authorized Contacts of your organization that is included on our list.
Look for this icon in your Admin Dashboard. It's in the lower-left corner of your screen.
Follow these steps to chat with the Experts:
1. Click the Chat icon. You will see a welcome message: Hi! Welcome to our Chat Support! Please fill in your details and concerns then we'll get in touch with you shortly. Thank you!
2. Enter the necessary details. Note: Make sure you are one of the Authorized Contact of your Account so your inquiries will be accommodated.
4. In the Message field, type in your concerns.
5. Click Start Chat. Our Customer Advocates will respond to your message shortly.
Here's an overview of the Chatbox with Support, you may hide this by clicking the minimize button:
Important notes:
- Chat is only available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM every Monday to Friday.
- We can accommodate HR concerns, basic Payroll concerns, and other concerns with our products!
- Should there be any complex concerns raised that need further checking, the Experts will convert them into a support ticket and address this through email.
