Why are some Overtime Columns not reflecting in the Attendance Page of Sprout Payroll?

Processing a payroll run is as easy as 1-2-3 because Sprout Payroll allows you to import attendances from Sprout HR in just a click!

Upon using the Import Attendance feature of Sprout Payroll, all attendance hours from Sprout HR rendered by Employees for the specific payroll cut-off being processed regardless if it is on a regular working day, holiday, or even rest day will be imported for processing, and payment.

However, there will be times when the overtime columns will not reflect in Sprout Payroll. This must be resolved so that the work rendered will be paid.

Here's an example scenario:

Employee A rendered rest day work last April 4, 10, and 11. As expected, the worked hours for the said days will reflect in the Attendance Report of Sprout HR and this should be paid upon processing the payroll.

But, upon importing attendances from Sprout HR, the RD Column did not appear.

To resolve this, you need to re-visit your company profile and make sure that RD is included in the Overtime Computation. Here's how:

1. In Sprout Payroll, click Setup > Company > Profile
   
   
   
   
2. Under the Overtime Computation field, make sure to tick the RD Checkbox so that it will be included in the columns that will reflect under the Attendance Page of Sprout Payroll.
   
   
3. Lastly, scroll down and click the SAVE button to apply the changes made.
   
   
   
   

Then that's it! Once the steps above have been followed, you may re-import the attendances from Sprout HR, the RD Column should now appear.
