Biometric authentication will allow employees to log in or access their payslip using their fingerprint or through facial recognition.
Who can use Biometric Authentication?
All registered devices would be able to enjoy this feature.
For iOS users: users can use the Touch ID for iPhone SE and lower, and Face ID for iPhone 10 and above.
For Android users: the main biometric ID is fingerprint recognition.
Turning on the Biometric Authentication
To turn on the Biometric Authentication to your mobile app, go to Settings > Biometric Authentication > Enable/Disable.

1. I get this error: "You currently have no registered biometrics on this device. To use this feature, go to your device settings and register a fingerprint or face ID." when I try to enable Biometric Authentication. What do I do?
When you get this error, please make sure that you click Settings on the message so that you can be redirected to your device settings and turn on biometric authentication accordingly.
- If using iPhone 10 and higher, please enable your Touch ID.
- If using iPhone SE and below, please enable your Face ID.
- If using Android devices, please turn on your Fingerprint biometric ID.
2. What happens if I disable my Biometric Authentication on my device settings?
If you have disabled your Biometric Authentication on your device, you will be required to enter your password when you try to log in or access your payslip.
3. When I try to log in, I get an error: "The password you entered is invalid. Please try again or click Forgot password to reset it." What do I do?
If you have recently changed your password, please try to enter your correct password and click Submit. When you try to log in again, you should be able to proceed using your face or fingerprint.
4. When I try to log in, I get an error: "Your account has been set as inactive. Please try again or click Forgot password to reset it." What do I do?
Accounts are usually set to inactive when you separate from your company, otherwise, please inform your HR Admin to have it corrected.
5. When I try to log in, I get an error: “Your account has been locked. Please contact your HR Admin for assistance.” What do I do?
Please contact your HR Admin to have your account unlocked.
