To view this page, make sure you have at least a “View” or “Editor'' access. This can be configured in Maintenance > Access Levels > Navigation Access. This page is intended to show how many hours each employee has worked on corresponding to the selected project and within the selected date range.
Step 1: Go to the Project Tagging Management Page
Step 2: On the left side menu, click the Reports icon.
Step 3: Click the ‘Adjust Filter’ button to generate information.
Step 4: Click the Project text box from the right side. The list of Projects created under your company will be displayed. Select a Project and click ‘Confirm’.
Note: You can only select one project.
Step 5: Click the Employee text box from the navigation drawer. The list of Employees assigned to the selected project will be displayed. Select one or multiple employees and click ‘Confirm’.
Step 6: Go to the Date From field and click on the calendar icon. A Date Picker widget will be displayed where you can select the day you want your search to start from. Alternatively, you can type the date in the field with a MM/DD/YYYY format.
Step 7: Do the same for the Date To field.
Step 8: Click the Search button
Step 9: The reports page will then show results based on your filter, as shown below:
