One of the most recommended troubleshooting to Sprout Mobile users when they encounter issues with the Mobile app aside from reinstalling the App is to clear the app's cache. Here's how it is done:
For iPhone users
1. On your device, go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage:
2. Select the Sprout Mobile app from the App list or use the search function:
3. Then tap "Offload App".
Once done, you will notice that the App will ask you to reinstall it to access it again, so just reinstall it:
For Android users
1. On your device, go to Settings > scroll down to the Apps menu:
2. Select the Sprout Mobile app from the App list or use the search function:
3. Under the usage section, click on Storage before selecting Clear cache and Clear data.
Note: Make sure to clear both cache and data.
After the steps have been done, simply launch the application and access the app again.
