New Default Payslip Password

Before the enhancement, the Default Payslip Password was formatted depending on the syncing status of the account. To know more, please check this article: Full Synced and Partial Synced Accounts: Payslip Password (Default)

• Partial Sync (no green icon  on the Employee Profile): Full Name is Test One, Tin Number is 12345678, and Birthday is July 3, 2020. The default password is the First Letter of First Name, First Letter of Last Name, First 3 digits of TIN, and Birth Year or TO1232020.
  
  
• Full Sync (with green icon  on the Employee Profile): Birthday is July 3, 2020. The default password is MMDDYYYY or 07032020.

But, we have recently made an enhancement in Sprout Payroll specifically for the Default Password of the Payslip, and the new format is as follows: 

• First and Last Initial
• Last 3 digits of TIN, and
• Birth Year

Sample Employee: 

• Name: Juan Dela Cruz 
• TIN: 90007890112
• Birth Year: 1980

In this example, the Default Password is JC1121980.

Important note: 

If the employee's TIN is formatted as 123-456-789-000, the default password is JC0001980.
