As you may already know, the Approval Center is where you can view all the attendance request applications, depending on the set Employee Viewing. (What Is Employee Viewing? (Access Levels))
In case you need to extract a report of all the filed applications, follow the steps below:
1. Under the My Team tab on the Navigation toolbar on your dashboard, select Approval Center from the drop-down list that appears.
2. On the left side, narrow down the results by filtering the dates as necessary. You may also select a specific department or employee.
3. Once you have narrowed down the results and are now ready to extract the report, click the Download Excel link below these filters.
4. You can now open and see the extracted Approval Center Report just like the one you see below:
This contains different tabs for the Pending and Processed Applications and separate tabs per application request type.
