Virtual Log In (Web Bundy) is a special add-on feature where employees can punch in and/or out without the need to scan their fingerprint on the device. Logs via Virtual Log In will be recorded just like an actual log from the device, hence, this will be considered as part of your attendance.
To have this activated on your account, you may coordinate with your Customer Success Manager.
Once this has been activated, you can enable/disable this feature depending on your given Access Level. To do this, simply follow these steps:
- On the Maintenance tab on the Navigation toolbar, select Access Levels from the drop-down list that appears.
- Click on the Level field drop-down list and choose the access level name where you want to enable the Virtual Log In (Web Bundy).
- Below the Dashboard Type field are the options to enable or disable Virtual Log In (Web Bundy).
- Beside the Access Name, click on the Save button.
NOTE: The Web Bundy is currently not applicable for Simple Employee Dashboards. As such, users who will be assigned to this should have at least an Employee Dashboard type.
