Sprout HR's Leave Management System allows you to create a Leave Type, set it up and assign it to employees. Standard and Government-Mandated Leaves each have a unique set up in the system.
Commonly used leave types such as Vacation, Sick, and Birthday Leaves are automatically activated with the Default Plan. Default plans automatically assign all regular and probationary employees to the plan, including new hires. Other leave types only have Standard Plans, which do not have employees automatically assigned to them.
