On Sprout Payroll, you can create multiple Overtime tables with varying rates to assign to different employee types. This means that in order to avoid confusion as to what OT table to assign which employee to, you can give specific names to each OT table to differentiate them more readily.
Here are the steps you can take to get this done.
1. Under the Setup tab, select Payroll and then click OT Rates from the drop-down list that appears.
2. Click on the specific OT table heading.
3. Input your desired OT Table name, then click the check icon.
4. Once done, the page should now reflect the new name you have input for your OT Table.
