It never goes amiss for anyone to check on his/her attendance a few days before payroll cut-off. This is to make sure that all the necessary applications have been filed to one's respective manager, and that there are no longer any discrepancies or missing logs that are reflecting on the Attendance Report.
Where can the viewing of attendance be done on an Employee dashboard? Let's take a look at the steps below:
- On the upper rightmost corner of the dashboard, click on the drop-down arrow beside the profile name.
2. Input your desired date range for the Attendance Report. Note that if you're on a Flexi Per Week schedule type, you need to set the date range from a Sunday to a Saturday to see the total hours worked per week. Otherwise, you will not see the total number of hours you have clocked in so far.
3. Click the on the Generate button. A summary of the attendance will be displayed, showing the number of days present or absent, the number of minutes late or undertime, and the total number of hours.
4. If you want to view your attendance per day, click on any part of the row below the column headers. This will display your attendance details with a daily breakdown.
Since we are only working on what's available via the Employee dashboard, the only attendance records that can be viewed are those that belong to the profile owner.
