How to Import Perfect Attendance in Sprout Payroll

If your company rewards employees for perfect attendance, you can easily set these up on Sprout HR and process on Sprout Payroll.

 

Before we proceed, the assumption is that you have set this up on Sprout HR. If you haven't done the initial set up on Sprout HR yet, please read this article first - How do I set up the Perfect Attendance Bonus on Sprout HR?

 

Once you've completed the Sprout HR set up, the user must create an Adjustment Template in Sprout Payroll with a PA HR as the default adjustment code. How Do I Fill out the Company Adjustment Template?

Once the Adjustment template is complete, the user can proceed with importing Perfect Attendance during the payroll run creation.

 

1. Click Import Adjustment under the Payroll tab on the dashboard.

 

 

 

2. Click Perfect Attendance, and fill out the necessary fields.

 

 

3. Click Next. The list of employees with perfect attendance will appear on the screen.

 

 

4. You may download the excel file for further validation.
