The Sprout team has decided to set a scheduled maintenance window for every product:

You can expect the system to be temporarily inaccessible (with the exception of Sprout Insight) anytime during its scheduled maintenance window for us to deploy new features, enhancements, and fixes. The system would be up after its maintenance window.
Sprout will not conduct scheduled system maintenance every week but if we do, it’ll be within the maintenance window. We shall let you know if there is any urgent maintenance work to be performed outside of the scheduled window that we have set.
