If ever there’s an instance where you’re experiencing some slowness using the Sprout HR, one thing you can do to isolate the issue is to check what ISP your account go through by searching it in CMD. You’ll be needing to ping your Sprout HR account, here’s how:
1. Search for the CMD on your computer (Command Prompt)
2. Open the CMD
3. Input "ping <link of your Sprout HR account> -t", then hit Enter
4. Monitor if there's any consistent or intermittent disconnection

5. If you've encountered any disconnection:
- For intermittent disconnection, please check with your IT Staff first if your ISP is working fine. If yes, and you're still experiencing an intermittent disconnection, please send us a report including a screenshot of your CMD.
- For consistent disconnection, please send us a report right away including a screenshot of your CMD.
Now you can check the ISP your account goes through by pinging your Sprout HR account, it's pretty simple and easy to do.
