How to Generate BIR 1601-C in Sprout Payroll

 

The BIR form 1601-C or the Monthly Remittance of Income Taxes Withheld on Compensation shall be filed by every Withholding agent/payor required to deduct and withhold taxes on compensation paid to employees. How do we generate these on Sprout HR? Here's how:

 

1. Go to the Reports Tab.

 

2. Select BIR.

 

3. Click 1601-C.

 

4. Adjust for the necessary details, then click the Generate button.
