Previously, the option to add Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) was only available once you've defined on the employee profile that an employee is a minimum wage earner. For companies that provisioned COLA to above minimum wage earners, a manual adjustment in the payroll run was required.
Not anymore.
With this enhancement, payroll administrators now have the option to add COLA regardless of whether an employee is a minimum wage earner or otherwise. This can be done either by inputting the amount in the employee profile or on the bulk upload of the employee master list.
