You may have encountered this before -- you're logging in to Sprout, and for some reason, you keep pressing the wrong keys and misspelling your password. Then all of a sudden this message prompt appears.
What do you do? The answer is quite simple -- get in touch with your admin.
If an employee's account has been locked, this can only be unlocked by the admin. (Security feature: Account lockout with CAPTCHA)
If the admin goes to the profile of the employee whose account has been locked, normally, there should be an "Account Locked" checkbox under Access Levels.
But if there appears to be none, it may be because the person isn't assigned with an Admin dashboard.
Please note that only those users with the Admin dashboard can unlock any accounts. You can double-check the dashboard assigned to your access level or you can coordinate with other administrator accounts
