Here's what you need to know about rehiring former employees in Sprout Payroll -- in order to maintain the old record of an employee, the old record will still remain under status resigned/ terminated section. Once you rehire the old employee, there are two options to consider:
1. Reactivate Employee
To reactivate employee, simply Go to Employee Tab.
Find the employee and access the profile, edit and update the employee information.
Add the final pay details found in 2316, then click Update.
2. Add new employee record
Simply Go to Employee Tab.
Add new record.
Complete the employee information, for the employee name just edit the name of old data to Surname-Resigned, transfer the TIN, SSS, PHIC, and HDMF ID number to new record, then click the Save button.
