1. Under the Maintenance Tab on the uppermost portion of the dashboard, select Access Levels from the drop-down list that appears.
2. From the Access level, select the user level of the employees you wish to enable or disable the viewing of the Undertime. If the employees you wish to disable the viewing of having the Supervisor/Manager user level, then select this user level.
3. On the same page, click on the Navigation access tab.
4. There, you will find a checkbox to enable the feature. If you wish to disable the viewing, make sure the box is unchecked. If you wish to enable this feature, then simply tick the box.
