Upon resignation, one of the first things to process is the resigned employee's back pay. In the Philippines, back pay or final pay is the money you receive after resigning from a company. Before handing it over, you would have to understand what constitutes it first. The resigned employee's pending vacation or sick leaves is only one of many.
You might have noticed, however, that for resigned or terminated employees, their pending applications no longer appear on the Approval Center. On Sprout HR, once the separation date has passed, the immediate supervisor could no longer view the resigned employee's pending applications.
In order to temporarily view the resigned employee's remaining applications, you would have to change their employment status from resigned/terminated to probationary/regular. For a step-by-step process on how this can be done, you can check out this link.
I hope this information helps!
