Additional Information: Simultaneous Payroll Run

 

Running multiple payroll run in Sprout Payroll may have some limitation. For example, while you were in the middle of processing normal payroll, then you also need to process final pay of a rank and file employee at the same time. 

 

Check the following item: 

 

* Pay Group

- In the normal payroll run, if all pay Group was ticked in the box, you can't create new payroll run for final pay if the resigned employees is still included on the same pay group under normal payroll.

 

 

What to do: 

- Create new pay group, for example: Resigned 

- Update the resigned employee with pay Group: Resigned

- Assigned the employee with the new pay group: Resigned

 

You can now view the Create New Payroll while you still have pending normal payroll run. You may also check relative articles: Simultaneous Payroll Run
