General Workforce Dashboard

General Workforce Dashboard provides insight on the characteristics of a company's workforce. Users can track the total headcount of active employees as well as the gender percentage, average age, average tenure, employee type, civil status, and employment status. Users can also track the age distribution of workforce and tenure.

General Workforce Dashboard in detail

 

General Workforce Dashboard is composed of nine tiles which represents the filtered data. The dashboard refreshes on regular interval (Daily at 11PM).

View the Average Tenure, Average Age, Gender Percentage of Workforce.
Track the Total Headcount, Employee Type and Civil status breakdown.
Track the Headcount per Department.	View the Workforce's Age Distribution.
Track the Employment Status of Workforce.	Track the Tenure of employees.
View the list of Employees with their current Position.
