When employees on flexible per week schedule type have approved leaves, the remaining hours which they need to complete will simply adjust accordingly. Let's take a look below:
For instance, the no. of hours to work set on the employee profile is 45 hours (9 hours per day inclusive of the break). The employee has one approved whole day leave for the week. Then he only needs to complete the remaining 36 hours (45 hours - 9 hours one day leave).

On the illustration above, the employee has an approved whole day leave on January 8. The total hours reflecting on this row is 9 hours - which corresponds to his paid leave. At the end of the week, the undertime minutes reflecting is 2160 minutes or 36 hours - which refer to the remaining hours he is required to complete for the rest of the week.
