Sprout Payroll can be accessed through these different roles. They function in the same way as Access Levels on Sprout HR, and hence, allow their respective users different levels of clearance and limitations as to what they can do on Payroll. Let's take a look at these:
Admin access is allowed to do the following functions:
- Add, edit, and delete employee profiles and adjustments
- Set-up company payroll policies
- Process, edit, and delete different types of payroll including normal, final pay, special run, 13th month, reimbursements, adjustments, and etc.
- Generate different types of government reports such as SSS, PHIC, and HDMF including payroll reports
The reviewer can only access payroll summary/register for checking.
The accountant can only access payroll summary reports, including government reports used for journal entry reports.
4. Adjustment Uploader
The Adjustment uploader can only access employees' adjustment reports and government bank transmittals.
