An employee whose schedule type is Flexible per Week can generate her time sheet through the My Attendance tab only when the date range selected is for the whole week. But what If the employee wants to check his running total hours and determine how many more hours he should still render?
For instance, if the current week is spans from September 24 (Sunday) - September 30 (Saturday) and it's only halfway through the week (September 27, Wednesday), here are the steps you can take to view the total number of hours you have rendered so far:
1. Under the profile name on the upper right section of your dashboard, click on My Attendance from the drop-down list that appears.
2. Select the date range for the week. In this case, it’s September 24 - September 30, then click on the Generate button.
3.Click on the summary row to see the details of the attendance.
4. Notice that under the Total Hours column (last column) that the last row (September 30 - Saturday) indicates the total hours already rendered. Based on the No. of Hours to Work set in the employee profile, the remaining hours that are still yet to be completed can also be computed (No. of Hours to Work - Total Hours Rendered).
Now you do not need to wait for the end of the week to know the total hours rendered by a flexible per week employee. If you have questions or concerns, get in touch with us at experts@sprout.ph.
