How to Generate Certificate of Contribution in Sprout Payroll

The admin user of Sprout Payroll can now generate government certificates for an employee.

 

Here's how to generate a SSS, Philhealth and HDMF certificate of contributions.

 

1. On Sprout Pyroll, click on the Reports Tab.

 

2. Click Certificate of Contribution from the drop-down list that appears. Fill-out the necessary fields for date coverage and click the checkbox on the name of the employee you wish to generate the form for.

 

3. Click the SSS, PHIC or HDMF  buttons to generate the certificate of contribution.
