All user accounts have their own 201 profiles. These profiles contain personal information per employee which are encoded by the HR department. Before a user gets to have his own account in Sprout HR, their profile should have been created. Now, the question is: Can employees view their own profiles? The answer is a definite yes - provided that this is enabled in their access level. Below are the simple steps on how to view your profile:
1. On the upper-rightmost corner of your dashboard, click the drop-down button beside your name. Then select My Profile.
2. As a default, it will display your Basic Information.
3. You can scroll down and click each tab as needed. Note that the information which you can view depends on the permissions and restrictions set for your access level.
