How to Generate Government One Hub Dat Files

 

The Admin user has the access to generate government dat file to be used in different government agencies like SSS, PHIC, and HDMF.

 

Make sure that all relevant information of the employee such as tax identification number, SSS, PHIC and HDMF number was already added to the employee profile prior generating report.

 

Here are easy steps on how to generate the government one hub dat file:

 

1. Go to Reports

 

2. Click One Hub Dat File

 

3. Click necessary fields you want to generate

 

4. Fill out necessary details

 

5. Save the generated dat file
