How To Generate BIR Form 2316 from Sprout Payroll

 

The BIR form 2316 is also called the Certificate of Compensation Payment or Income tax Withheld. The BIR defines compensation as either salaries, wages, or other similar items given by the employer to an employee

 

Let's generate tbe BIR form 2316

 

1. Click on the Reports tab on the navigation toolbar on Sprout Payroll.

 

2. Select BIR from the drop-down list that appears and select 2316.

 

3. Click the necessary details you wish to include and then click on the Print button.

 

4. Print in PDF format or Post it in Sprout HR!
