If the account of the admin user in Sprout Payroll has been locked.
There are two ways in which the admin user can unlock the account in Sprout Payroll.
1. Check whether there are other Admin with full access to unlock on behalf of the user.
Simply go to User Access Tab
Check their employee viewing access, they should've full access to be able to unlock your account
Ask them to click "Send a reset password link to the employee to unlock" the account
The locked admin user will receive an email, make sure that the link to be click is the recent one once you have already requested reset password previously.
Click the link sent to your email
Email Address: email@example.com
User Name: MJ
Once you have successfully changed your password, it will prompt on your screen.
2. However, if all admin users have been locked in Sprout Payroll
You need to fill-up the Change Request Form and submit in order to process this request via back end.
To prevent the account to be locked, click "Having trouble logging in".
