The SSS R1-A is a report that contains the contribution details of newly hired employees and SSS members. It is submitted monthly by the company.
Make sure that all newly hired employees have already SSS numbers encoded in Sprout Payroll and Sprout HR prior to generating the SSS R1-A report. All newly hired employees have been included in the processed payroll so the premium will be reflected in the report.
Here are the steps on how to generate the SSS R1-A report:
1. Go to Reports
2. Click SSS
3. Click R1-A
4. Select month and year, then generate
5. Print the PDF file
