How to Generate BIR form 1604-CF in Sprout Payroll

BIR form 1604-CF or the Annual Information Return of Income Tax Withheld on Compensation and Final Withholding Taxes. 

 

Here are simple steps on how to generate BIR form 1604-CF in Sprout Payroll

 

1. Go to Reports tab

 

2. Click BIR

 

3. Click 1604-CF

 

4. Click necessary details, then click print

 

5. Print the PDF file
