There are times when an employee wishes to have an approved overtime application cancelled, because there is no longer a need for it, or perhaps because a misfiling had occurred. When this happens, the employee can no longer cancel the application on his end. His approver, or the HR administrator now has the capacity to do this for him. How can this be done?
On the Admin or Manager dashboard, click on the Approval Center Panel. This will take you to the Approval Center page.
From there, you can:
1. Click on the particular application you wish to cancel. You can filter it out by adjusting the date range and the name of the employee you wish to delete the OT application for.
2. A pop-up box will appear. Click on the X icon on the lower left portion of the box.
3. Scroll down. Fill out the field with your reason for cancelling the application.
4. Click on the Cancel button.
After this, the page will refresh and prompt a successful cancellation.
