As you may have noticed, there have been significant changes made to the Government Information section under the Employee Profile. Compared to previously, the system's process of checking the validity of government details for every employee registered on HR Hub has heightened. Sprout recognizes the need to ensure that these types of information are valid and distinct to every individual.
In this knowledge-based article, I shall discuss which specific fields on the Government Information tab are required and should follow a fixed, definite format:
SSS No: should be 10 characters long, special characters (e.g. . , - _) will not be accepted
TIN: should be 9-12 characters long, special characters will not be accepted
PhilHealth No: should be 12 characters long, special characters will not be accepted
Tax Status: choose one from the drop-down menu (i.e. M, S1, Z)
Important: If the values inputted do not follow the system's prescribed format, the user will not be able to successfully save the changes made to an employee's profile. As a result, the whole Government Information tab would appear in red.
To resolve this, double-check if the details are correct.
