Sprout Mobile App is Now Here!

Work does not always begin in front of a computer or even inside an office. For a lot of us, sometimes it starts at home, in the middle of a daily commute, or even after a morning spinning class. With the increasing demand for flexibility and adaptability at work, an HR system that can easily be accessed with a single touch almost becomes a necessity. Luckily, we might just have the thing for that!

 

Last October 9, Sprout has reached another major milestone. After months of waiting, we are pleased to announce that the Sprout HR Mobile App is now available on both the Google Play Store and App Store. With the new app, the power of Sprout HR is now at the palm of your hands. Now, here is a quick run through as to how it works:

 

Disclaimer: The app is currently in its beta phase. For the meantime, it will only be available to a select few. To know more about the official launch date, kindly coordinate directly with your Customer Success Manager.

 

UPDATE as of September 2020: We have released the new version of Sprout Mobile with exciting new features in store for you! This is available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).

1. Once you click on the app, you will be prompted to enter your company's Sprout HR URL.

 

2. After a valid URL has been entered, you will be redirected to the log-in page, where you will have to enter your Sprout HR username and its corresponding password.

 

 

 

3. Now, the important part! Before clicking on continue, make sure you read through Sprout's Personal Information Processing Consent Form. If you would like to take some time to digest all of the information stated, there is always an option to Sign Out of the app.

 

 

4. In order for your biometric logs to properly reflect on Sprout HR, you would have to click on Clock In or Out. The exact time and date will be displayed on the screen as well.

 

5. With the app's geotagging feature, the location from where you clocked in or out will be detected. Once you click on confirm, your biometric logs will automatically reflect on Sprout HR.
