Have you ever wondered why some of your employees just can't seem to log in after multiple attempts? In cases like these, it is important to verify the employee's status first on Sprout HR. Please keep in mind that once an employee has been tagged as inactive (e.g. terminated, resigned, end of contract), they would no longer be able to access their account.
