Here's a simple guide on how to fill up previous employment details in Sprout Payroll:

Previous Employment Details can be found under Employee Profile:

1. Non- Taxable 13th-month pay and other benefits (maximum of P90,000) in previous employment details can be found in Part IV-B 

A. Non- Taxable/ Exempt Compensation Income no. 32 of BIR form 2316

2. Salaries & other Forms of Compensation can be found in Part IV-B

A. Non- Taxable/ Exempt Compensation Income no. 35 of BIR form 2316

3. Taxable 13th Month Pay can be found in Part IV-B 

B. Taxable Compensation Income Regular no. 46 of BIR form 2316

4. Others - Taxable can be found in Part IV-B Taxable Compensation Income Regular no. 49 of BIR form 2316

5. Gross Compensation Income can be found in Part IVA - Summary no. 19 of BIR form 2316

6. Tax Withheld can be found in Part IVA - Summary no. 26 of BIR form 2316

7. Government Deductions can be found in Part IV-B

 A. Non- Taxable/ Exempt Compensation Income no. 34 of BIR form 2316

8. De Minimis can be found in Part IV-B

A. Non- Taxable/ Exempt Compensation Income no. 33 of BIR form 2316

9.  Net Taxable Compensation can be found in Part IVA - Summary no. 21 of BIR form 2316

10. Monetized Leave (Non- Taxable) can be seen in Part IV-B Non- Taxable/ Exempt Compensation Income no. 35 of BIR form 2316.

While Taxable Monetized Leave can be seen in Part IV-B Taxable Compensation Income Regular no. 49 of BIR form 2316.
