* Can I include adjustments in the 13th-month pay like salary adjustments, allowances or 13th-month pay adjustments?

 

      > 13th-month payroll run in Sprout Payroll is intended for processing of 13th month pay only. Thus any adjustments you want to include will not be accepted in the system.

 

 

* Can I exclude the withholding tax computation in the 13th month pay processing?

 

      > Yes. You may exclude the withholding tax calculation by clicking "no" in the payroll setup. 

 

 

* Can I include government mandated deductions when processing 13th month pay?

 

      > No. You can only process 13th-month without any government mandated deduction

 

 

*  Can I add manually the 13th month pay in the normal payroll run?

 

      > Yes. But you need to breakdown the taxable from non-taxable 13th-month pay for proper calculation of withholding tax based on the payroll computation setup in the company profile.
