The Team Calendar is a feature on Sprout HR that allows you to take a peek at what the month, week, or day is like for you and your team members. Here, you'll be able to keep track of their schedules, upcoming holidays, and leaves. Cool feature, isn't it? Now let's see where you can view this on Sprout HR!
Manager/Admin Dashboard
1. On your dashboard, click the My Team tab and select My Team.
2. Click the Team Calendar button.
Tah-dah! You've accessed the Team Calendar page!
For employees with an admin or manager dashboard, you will be able to see the schedules (work shift, leaves, and official businesses) of your team members.
Employee Dashboard
1. On your dashboard, click the My Team tab.
For the employee dashboard, what you will see in the Team Calendar will be based on your access level viewing. For example, your access is set to view Self Only, then the entries in the Calendar would be your approved attendance applications (leaves and OBs) and holidays whereas an employee with a viewing access set to Direct Reports will be able to view their attendance applications as well as their team member's.
