Overtime Dashboard

Overtime Dashboard provides insight on the overtime activities of regular employees in a company. The total overtime in terms of monetary compensation and total overtime hours per year, quarter, month, and Payroll Run are also provided. Users can also view the list of employees with their approved and accumulated OT with the amount and total hours on the same page.  Aside from this, users can also view different data on a single page such as:  

 

• Total Overtime costs by Year, Month, Quarter, and per Payroll Run

• See the total overtime rendered by the employee with the corresponding costs

• Monitor the workload of employees by looking at their Overtime Full-time Equivalent
  

 

The Overtime Dashboard is designed with an array of filters that allow you to narrow down the data based on your preference as set up on both Sprout HR and Sprout Payroll. 

 

 

1. Date Range: allows filtering of Overtime activities within a specific Date Range.
2. Company: allows filtering of Overtime per Company set-up in Sprout HR.
3. Cost Center: allows filtering of Overtime per Cost Center in Sprout Payroll.
4. Department: allows filtering of Overtime per Department set-up in Sprout HR.
5. Supervisor: allows filtering of Overtime per Supervisor set-up in Sprout HR.
6. Location: allows filtering of Overtime per Company Location set-up in Sprout HR.

The Overtime Dashboard is composed of several tiles which represent the filtered data and it refreshes every Monday at 7 AM.

Total Overtime Hours and Amount from the start of the Year till date.
Total Overtime by Year, Quarter, Month
