Keep track of an employee's loan by adding it to their Employee Profile! With Advances, you can add and delete transactions made by the employee and categorize these transaction into different types of loan.
Add Loan Types
1. Go to their Employee Profile and click the Advances tab.
2. Click the + icon beside the Add Transaction button. This will redirect you to another page with the different loan types set for your company.
3. Type in the desire name of your Loan Type and click the Add Advances Loan Type button.
4. Once added, it will appear at the bottom of the list with the text "Record Added Successfully" at the bottom.
Now that you have added these categories, these will reflect in the dropdown list of the Loan Types in the Advances tab. This way, you can keep the employee's advances organized.
Delete Loan Types
1. Go to the Loan Type page.
2. Click the Delete button that would correspond to the loan type that you wish to delete.
3. Once deleted, there will be a text notification at the bottom, indicated the successful deletion of the loan type.
