Software advances together with hardware.
In the world of technology, software is always pushing the limits of available hardware. The advances made in software have to be enabled by the right hardware. Can you imagine playing Candy Crush on a Nokia 3310?
We have been deploying new features and system optimizations every quarter since our inception. Over the years, our system has advanced to the extent that we are slowly phasing out the biometric devices with the fetcher. Clients with the biometric fetcher will soon not be able to experience how Sprout and its features are meant to be experienced. Such accounts will also encounter slowness and time-outs. Therefore, it’s time for an upgrade.
Here are the different options for clocking in / out that will ensure optimal use of Sprout’s system:
Biometrics Machine with ADMS Function
Logs from an ADMS Biometric Machine will shoot straight to Sprout HR in real-time. Unlike the fetcher, a computer is not necessary for this to work. Therefore, this eliminates any delays in syncing of logs and removes an extra layer of troubleshooting.
There are many biometric machines with ADMS that are compatible with Sprout HR. You can purchase one for as low as PHP 12,000, VAT ex. We work with our partners such as *Maxcore Technologies, Inc. and *Global Empire International and we can connect you to these partners if you are leaning towards this option.
There could also be a chance that your biometric device already has ADMS. If your biometric machine carries the ZKTeco brand, you can check if your machine is ADMS ready through these steps: Check if your Device is ADMS ready. If ADMS is found to be available in your device/s, kindly let your Customer Success Manager (CSM) know.
