COE Generation: COVID Pass for Checkpoints

In line with the COVID - 19 lockdown, some employees might be asked to show proof of employment relationship, inclusive of workplace addresses and other information. This Certificate of Employment is issued solely for the purpose of compliance with the Enhanced Community Quarantine.

A Certificate of Employment (COE) can be readily generated in your Sprout HR account given the proper access. Just create a Certificate of Employment template and you can generate this for your employees easily.

NOTE: Users who are authorized to view sensitive employee information (e.g. salary details, addresses, etc) should be the only ones to access the form generator.
