Daily Attendance is one of the reports available in Sprout Insight. It provides our users an overview of who reported for work, the exact time of their clock-in, their method of clocking-in, and if using Sprout Mobile, their exact location in the map. Users can immediately see any changes in the dashboard by refreshing the page.
Daily Attendance will only reflect the attendance records for the day itself.

Refresh schedule
Daily Attendance is updated every hour, or upon refresh of the user. Any changes to the employees’ logs will reflect immediately in Daily Attendance upon the refresh of the user.
Filters
The following filters can be used to modify the records reflected in Daily Attendance:
- By Company
- By Department
- By Attendance Status
- By Employment Status
- By Schedule Type
Users may select multiple entries in the filter dropdown by holding on CTRL button. Clicking on entries in the filter dropdown will automatically update the records in the dashboard.
The entries that will appear in the Company, Department, Employment Status, and Schedule Type filters will only be those with active employees.
