To edit a New Default Schedule, the status should first be “Upcoming” and the “Created Date” should be not older than the current System Date. Schedule with “Past” or “Current” status is not editable.
Step 1: Navigate to the employee profile.
Step 2: Go to the “Work Schedule” tab, then click on “View past and upcoming schedules”.
You should be able to see the list of all the Past and upcoming schedules of the employee.
Step 3: Click on “Edit”. You should be redirected to the “Manage Schedule” page and all the details of the original Schedule should be pre-loaded.
Step 4: Change the Shift details accordingly aside from the “Change Schedule As”, “Effectivity Date”, “Schedule Type”, “Working Hours including break”. They are non-editable.
Step 5: Click on “Save”.
You will be asked for confirmation.
Step 6: Confirm by clicking “Save”.
You will be redirected back to the Employee Profile of the employee. To view the changes, re-access the “Work Schedule” tab.
Important Note: By default, there is no Edit capability for Schedule Adjustment. If a Schedule Adjustment is no longer applicable, the user has to Cancel the Adjustment then apply for a new one. |
