Installing Sprout HR Mobile for Huawei

1. Go to the AppGallery and search for Sprout HR.
2. Select Sprout HR by Sprout Solutions.
3. Select Install.

Limitations for Huawei Devices

• For Huawei Devices that do not have Google Services, please make sure that the user's map has been launched prior to opening Clock In/Out.
• There are some cases wherein devices cannot detect the coordinates and load the map indoors, moving near the window or outside will help the device detect the location properly.
• For entry-level Huawei devices, a possible issue in loading the app might occur. To rectify this, the employee must update the HMS Core which is a system process of Huawei.

How to Update HMS Core

1. Go to Settings -> Apps -> Apps -> Option Button -> Show System Process.
2. Click “Allow all the time” on the location permission of HMS Core.
