Now that we know how Temperature Monitoring works, we will discuss how to export the temperature logs.
Exporting Temperature Logs
- Click Export Logs.
- Select Date From and Date To using the date pickers. The date range has a limit of up to 31 days.
- Specify the Company using the drop-down list.
- Select Location.
- Click Export.
The temperature readings within the specified date range are generated in an Excel Spreadsheet.
The exported spreadsheet contains this information:

Shows the employee’s temperature reading upon a biometric time in |

Shows the name of the admin who modified the temperature log |
Reason |
Reflects the text included in the Notes field when the temperature log was modified |
