With ReadyCash, our goal is to offer employees access to emergency funds when they need them most.
However, we recognize that there are situations beyond our control where employees may continue requesting advances despite being unable to repay outstanding balances across multiple platforms, which can result in zero or even negative take-home pay.
To protect employees, Admins can submit a request to deactivate or opt out specific eligible employees from ReadyCash. Once an employee is deactivated, the ReadyCash widget will no longer appear in their account on both the HR Dashboard and Sprout Mobile app, effectively restricting access to the service.
Admins must complete a Change Request Form and provide a list of employees for deactivation.
- Deactivated employees will not have access to ReadyCash services, as the widget will be removed from both the HR Dashboard and Sprout Mobile app.
- If an employee has already used ReadyCash or has an outstanding balance before deactivation, the Outstanding Balances widget will remain, and deductions will continue until the balance is fully repaid.
- Reactivation requests for ReadyCash will follow the same process, initiated by the Admin.
